Hello JP

I enjoyed exchanging the marketing ideas with yourself and Megan over at the event the other day. It has been a great experience for me too. And somehow I'm pretty positive about the directions your team is going. I believe Crocs will imprint a stronger brand equity over time.

I'm definitely looking forward to my pair of Lydias. And hey... a white Axis for ladies too!

Belinda - this article is very insightful.. and it is amazing how you have captured the very things we talk about and discuss within the marketing walls day to day. We realize we are a young brand and we do not have all the answers to our customer's needs yet; we believe this site will help us to get there.

Hope you enjoy your Lydia's when the arrive - thanks for coming to the event and giving crocs a "2nd chance"... :P

Interesting share. Will have to agree with you on need for enterprises to share their "human" side when interacting with customers. As much tolerance that we have for virtual interfaces these days, nothing beats seeing a friendly face on screen and delivering a response with some personality.
There's great potential for the Ideas site, lets hope they keep up the personal touch when it launches globally.

Such a feedback platform could become a norm in the next five years. And when that circle becomes saturated, it may then become obsolete. Having a dedicated team to look after it, review, respond and maintain is always challenging. Hopefully the US-led Crocs will prove Asia wrong and bring the SOCIAL back to Media.

Thanks for the report! I have always have a mixed feeling about Croc shoes, I like them cos they are like and they look really good FOR my feet, but I don't like the way they look ON my feet. LOL!

It is bold of Crocs to start the ball rolling in Singapore, and I agree with you. Them marketers better sustain the initiative and maintain both their's and the consumer's interest on the developments, because otherwise, it'd just be another campaign to spend marketing dollars with, with no added value added to the brand.
